The Candela Supports initiative is dedicated to improving equal opportunities by supporting global educational goals, in alignment with UN SDG 4: Quality Education and UN SDG 5: Gender Equality.
We focus on immediate educational needs as well as the long-term success of underserved communities by reinvesting our resources and leveraging strategic partnerships. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the future of education.

Girls' Access to Education
Girls' Access to Education
We partner with Chin Corp Foundation Schools in Myanmar and rural Thailand that have at least 50% girls' enrollment, working to increase access to quality education for girls in these regions.
A portion of our scholarship fund also goes to South Hampstead High School of the Girls' Day School Trust (GDST), a pioneer in the pursuit of providing educational opportunities to girls, to increase the availability of bursaries, empowering women and girls to learn without limits and fulfil her potential.

Promoting Literacy
We offer grants and scholarships to support literacy development at Chin Corp Foundation Schools, as well as supply essential academic resources including free access to a digital language learning platform and application to enhance language skills and improve literacy in rural communities.

Building Strong Foundationsin Primary Education
We are committed to raising the quality of primary education, providing crucial support where it's needed most. Our Candela Academy tutors and teachers deliver live and pre-recorded lessons to students at Chin Corp Foundation Schools, giving our youngest students a strong educational foundation.

Improving Accessto Education
Candela Education offers complimentary or discounted support for pre-exam arrangements that allow candidates with additional needs or disabilities access to the assessment without unnecessary barriers, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed academically regardless of their circumstances.
